Building Pathways Back To Education

At Bright Outcomes, we believe that every young person deserves an education that works for them. We provide personalised, one-to-one, home-based education and mentoring for children and young people aged 4 to 25 who aren’t currently able to attend school. This might be because of anxiety related to autism or ADHD, mental health challenges, or past experiences that have made school feel unsafe.

We understand that it is not the young person who is the problem, but often the environment. That’s why we take a neuro-affirming approach, recognising and celebrating differences in how people think, learn and experience the world. We work closely with families to build trust, understand each young person’s strengths, and support them in ways that feel right for them.

Specialist Educators

Our team of qualified teachers and experienced mentors create flexible, meaningful learning plans shaped around each individual’s needs, interests and goals.

Whether it’s...

  • Academic subjects like GCSEs or the primary curriculum
  • Vocational pathways like media or health and social care
  • Support with life skills such as getting back into the community or preparing for adulthood

We help break it down into manageable steps.

Bright Outcomes is more than just education

We are a bridge back to learning, confidence and hope. We’re here to listen, to adapt, and to walk alongside young people as they rediscover their path, at their own pace.

We are proud to be part of many EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than At School) packages, offering high-quality, outcomes-focused support that sees the whole young person, not just the label.

You're welcome here, just as you are.

We do not use Agency Staff

All of our staff are carefully recruited and employed directly by Bright Outcomes. They are fully background checked, and receive ongoing professional development to keep their practice up to date. Just as importantly, they are warm, friendly and approachable.

Quality Assured by Local Authorities

We have been quality assured by multiple Local Authorities and are working with hundreds of schools.

Helping every learner find their path

We provide personalised, one-to-one education and mentoring for young people who can't access school. Our approach helps each young person feel safe, valued, and ready to learn again.

Home Based Alternative Provision

Our home-based education is designed to meet each young person where they are.

Our qualified teachers, known as Inclusion Mentors, are highly trained in trauma-informed practice, emotion coaching and neuro-affirming approaches. We understand that traditional school settings can be overwhelming or even traumatic, so we create a calm, safe space for learning to happen in the home.

Young people can work towards recognised qualifications and academic goals, or focus on small but important steps like feeling confident outside of their bedroom, accessing the community, building communication skills or preparing for adulthood.

Every journey is valid, and every step forward is progress.

SEND & Safeguarding Consultancy

Our SEND and Safeguarding consultancy offers practical, expert support for schools looking to strengthen their inclusive practice and ensure they’re meeting statutory duties. Our consultants bring years of experience as senior leaders in mainstream, special and independent schools, and understand the real pressures schools face. We offer support and supervision for both new and experienced SENDCOs, help with writing strong EHC Needs Assessment requests, and advice on securing the right level of funding from the local authority.

We also support schools in making the most of that funding through realistic, well-planned provision. We can deliver training for whole staff teams or leadership teams, and carry out detailed SEND and Safeguarding audits to help you prepare with confidence for Ofsted or ISI. Our work is grounded, collaborative and shaped around what really works in schools.
